OUR NEW FOCUS
We're Changing to Meet the Most Pressing Needs in Our Community.
Research shows that right here, in the Sherburne County Area, children are at-risk for homelessness, hunger, abuse and even human-trafficking. These are the problems that no one likes to talk about.
Join us to fight for children who are hungry or homeless. Stand united with us for youth who are vulnerable or victimized. United we can confront poverty in the Sherburne County area’s forgotten areas. United we will fight to keep our young people safe and secure.
The United Way has been working to make our community a better place for 50 years and we will continue to make a direct impact through programs such as iEmpower Youth and Community Connect as well as help to fund local nonprofit agencies each year.
And now, we are fighting to protect and empower vulnerable youth. Our goal is to teach respect, inclusion, and self-advocacy. We believe this new focus will have lifelong benefit and create a brighter future for all people in the Sherburne County area.
